Shipping policy
We offer Free Shipping Worldwide for our launch period.
Our cutoff date for Orders to be received by December 31, 2025 is December 20th.
In-stock products are labeled with Add to Cart/Buy it Now buttons.
All orders of in-stock products received on weekdays until 2pm (EEST) will be shipped out within 2-3 working days. Please note that orders placed over the weekend or after 2pm (EEST) on Fridays will be shipped by Wednesday of the following week.
Out of stock products are labeled with a Pre-Order button.
Out of stock products can be pre-ordered and delivered to you within 5 weeks from order.
For in-stock products, we use DHL Express International, and depending on your destination and courier lead times, your shipment should be delivered to you 2-5 working days after the order is dispatched.
DHL offers flexibility in making delivery changes while your package is in transit. However, if you choose to modify the delivery, please note that PIROUNIS and DHL will not be held responsible for any losses or damages that may result.
Each customer is subject to Import Taxes and Duties charged by a country or region's customs authority for shipments that are above the de minimis. If you request a refund for an order that has import taxes applied, then you must contact the country or region's customs authority and/or your courier of choice to recover the tax that you've remitted.
